- COLD infusions: for green, sometimes used, takes ~15-20 min @ room temp(25C)
- HOT infusions: pull out more flavor from the leaf, must be careful not to over-infuse.
- English tea (milk in first? or milk in last?)

- Yixing teapots: (got one!)
- Gaiwan (using it for anything, mostly for ‘tasting’ sessions)

dont like the wikipedia, sure, wow people edited encyclopedia, seems like a cool idea… but ITS NOT, its full of misinformation, and alot without sources, unreliable, some self-advertising with links to their own sites, and own stores.
